Core Competencies
- Patent-protected cognitive substrate. Graph-native structural analysis, not generative AI. Ten U.S. provisional patents pending covering cognitive graph traversal, structural void detection, cross-domain pattern transfer, tesseract composition and cross-engine reasoning over distributed knowledge graphs.
- Reads what a corpus lacks, then composes the resolving action. Reads a body of records as one typed structure and surfaces the value pairs that structure requires but no source supplied. It does not stop at the finding: it emits the collection task and who to ask, a specification-compliant draft filing, or a read of where effort and funding sit structurally misplaced.
- Five production deployments over real corpora. Research Articles (literature, six sources), Biology (preprints, journals, trial registries), Patents (claim-level white space), Federal ISB (multi-source federal records, temporal change detection), Civic ISB (a jurisdiction's own record, emitting per-gap collection tasks). One engine, different corpora.
- Self-refutation before disclosure. Every candidate is put back to the live record and killed if it cannot be defended. Findings below the engine's own thresholds are reported as leads, not results, and whole candidate classes are refused when not legally or structurally viable.
- Audit-grade and reproducible. Corpus snapshots by source and timestamp, per-record integrity IDs, engine version and parameters on every output, an explicit statement of what the engine could not see, and deterministic re-runs from the same snapshot. Authored narrative is language-model generated and labeled as such.
- Single-tenant deployment. Self-contained container in a customer-controlled VPC, customer-supplied keys, zero LEF access to customer data. The corpus does not leave, a posture PatSnap, Clarivate, Anaqua and commercial AI drafting tools do not offer.
Government Engagement
Submissions under assessment. No awards to date.
- Four video solution submissions, 6 to 10 Aug 2026, across three DoW and IC marketplaces: CDAO Tradewinds (8-26-3374), IARPA (8-26-0025, 8-26-0033), DARPA ERIS (8-26-3524). All four have formally cleared Government compliance review and are queued for assessment. Compliance confirms a submission met the stated criteria; it is not an assessment outcome. Results expected late Sep 2026.
- AFOSR Open BAA white paper, FA9550-26-S-0001, area A.2.f Science of Information, Computation, Learning and Fusion, submitted 11 Aug 2026 after direct Program Officer engagement.
- Cornerstone OTA member CMA executed 24 Jun 2026, award-eligible.
- NSF active Principal Investigator registration (NSF ID 0000A8D1S).
- State of Nevada registered Vendor (T29052309), NevadaEPro, GOED-certified Local Emerging Small Business Tier 1.
Differentiators
- Structural topology, not flat embeddings. Competitors operate on semantic similarity; this operates on the topology of the corpus. App. Nos. 63/993,278; 63/993,317; 63/993,979; 63/993,984; 64/002,205; 64/023,988; 64/043,294; 64/045,185; 64/061,710; 64/061,715.
- The refutation stage is the product. Any system hunting absences will find them, because incomplete collection and a genuine gap look identical. Explicit false-discovery control separates a detector from a generator, and it is the half no commercial platform ships.
Company Data
- Socio-economic. Small business; nontraditional defense contractor; NV Local Emerging Small Business. No foreign ownership, control or influence; 100% U.S. owned.
- Security posture. NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 2 Basic Assessment posted to SPRS, score 85 of 110, assessment date 25 Aug 2026, enterprise scope, against System Security Plan LEF-SSP-002 with a maintained POA&M. This satisfies DFARS 252.204-7019. CMMC Level 1 self-assessment completed Jun 2026. No facility clearance and no cleared personnel.
- Key staff. Zontonnia Moore, Founder. MA Positive Psychology (ASU 2025); MEd Applied Behavior Analysis (ASU 2019).
- Procurement. Government credit cards accepted. Pre-priced engagements under FAR Part 13 micro-purchase (under $15,000) and simplified acquisition ($15,000 to $350,000) thresholds. Licensing priced to scope; rate sheet on request.
